The herdade do sobroso Sobro Branco is a blend of the typical Portuguese grapes: Antão Vaz, Arinto, Verdelho and the Palomino grape. The grapes were picked by hand. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature for 30 days, after which it is allowed to mature further on its own lees. The Blanco Sobro (or Branco in Portuguese) has a straw yellow color and is very bright. This Portuguese white wine has a wonderfully fresh taste, fresh aromas of citrus and passion fruit. The wine is very elegant wine and has a good balance between the fruit and the acids. A delicious glass for any occasion and highly recommended with crustaceans and shellfish and with white fish with a bit of spiciness.

In the glass, the Terrasse du Moulinas Rouge du Soir from Domaines Mas is light ruby red with a purple glow. Lots of fresh fruit on the nose such as plum, raspberry, but also spicy notes and a bit of pepper. In the mouth the wine is round, fresh and fruity with soft tannins and notes of licorice in the aftertaste. This everyone's friend always does well. In our opinion, the TR3 series from San Marzano is the most beautiful line from San Marzano from a price/quality point of view. The TR3 is also known under the label Gran Trio Rosso or the Tre Pumi . -In the glass, the TR3 (Tre) Gran Trio Rosso Pumi has a beautiful dark ruby red color. The Il Pumo is a blend of Malvasia Bianca & Sauvignon Blanc from Salento, Puglia. The vineyards are located approximately 100 meters above sea level. The soil consists of stony, chalky, poor soils, which explains the mineral touch in the wine. Because a cool sea breeze blows through the vineyards of San Marzano at night, this is popular because of the excellent price/quality. A nice glass of wine for a very good price goes hand-in-hand with Il pumo wines. In the glass, the Il Pumo Malvasia Sauvignon Salento has a straw yellow color with green reflections. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruits in the nose. A wine with a lively acid structure, fresh and mineral.

The Paul Mas Que Sera Sirah is a hymn to the Syrah from the Languedoc. This wine is blended from Shiraz grapes from three different regions (Nicole Estate in Montagnac, the foothills of the Montagne Noire and the Aude Upper Valley). This 100% Syrah comes from vineyards between 28 and 45 years old with a sea view, so the sea breeze ensures a healthy vineyard. In the glass, the Que Sera Sirah is garnet red with violet reflections. In the nose, this syrah is first spicy with a balsamic scent, then the aromas of cassis, tobacco and violet and a little charcoal. In the mouth the wine is well balanced with rich and supple tannins. The Finca Resalso is lively, with a spicy touch and just enough structure due to the 4 months of aging in French barriques. It is a very nice wine with a well-developed structure that makes it very pleasant to drink. The Resalso has an excellent price-quality ratio.
