The NV La Bota de Oloroso 116 Montilla is another textbook example of the Oloroso style. Dry with aromas of Pedro Ximenez and hints of peaches and hazelnuts. Finesse in the mouth, velvety dry and even a bit closer to the character of a Palo Cortado. The bottling consists of 3,000 bottles of this approximately 35-year-old Oloroso.
