Description
The Fino La Panesa is a reference for old Fino's. At Emilio Hidalgo is pioneering in finding the limits of biological aging. Bottled on one from a Solera founded in 1961 and has therefore matured under a thick layer of flor. In the glass, the La Panesa from Hidalgo has a deep golden color and a nose full of nuts (hazelnuts). The sherry is elegant, complex and balanced, with an intense salt content, pungent flavors, a full, wide palate and great length. This is a wonderful example of how you can use the power of nature and turn it into a great sherry. This is one of the largest Finos that exists today.
