Description
This beautiful Spumante is made by the winery Cielo e Terra. The Cielo family founded the family vineyard Cielo (family name) e terra (earth) in 1908. The bond between Earth and the Cielo family originated in the Valle del Tiepo on their Casa Defra estate. Giovanni Cielo's established vineyard immediately began to bear fruit. The second generation joined in the 1930s and further developed the family business. Pietro Cielo (son of Giovanni) had a great affinity with the earth and was determined to continue the family tradition and the commitment to social issues. The third generation continues the family business with great enthusiasm.
This Deor Cuvée Gold Spumante is an Extra Dry (so just and slightly sweeter than a Brut) and is a blend of Garganega and Moscato and has a fruity bouquet with clear hints of apples and pears. On the palate, spicy and mildly persistent Perlage. A deal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to joyful celebrations. With its elegant appearance in 'golden bottle', it is an extraordinary gift and a piece of jewelry on the table. Delicious as an aperitif, especially because it is modest in alcohol with its 10%
