This beautiful Spumante is made by the winery Cielo e Terra. The Cielo family founded the family vineyard Cielo (family name) e terra (earth) in 1908. The bond between Earth and the Cielo family originated in the Valle del Tiepo on their Casa Defra estate. Giovanni Cielo's established vineyard immediately began to bear fruit. The second generation joined in the 1930s and further developed the family business.
