The history of the family business Pastificio Felicetti has spanned four generations, spanning over a hundred years. Since 1908, grandfather Valentino's dream and small workshop grew into a company known worldwide for its quality, including that of top product Monograno Felicetti. Pastificio Felicetti is located in the northeast of Italy in Predazzo, surrounded by the beautiful Dolomites Mountains. In addition to carefully selected durum wheats, their most important and unique ingredients are spring water and pure mountain air.

Since 2004, Pastificio Felicetti has also produced an exclusive line of pastas, which are made from mono varieties, in addition to their other pasta varieties. This line, called Monograno Felicetti, is the answer to the uncompromising needs of top chefs, true gourmets and lovers of rich flavors. It is made with organic semolina from a single source and grown only on carefully selected plots of land to ensure the uniqueness of these simple, yet fragile ingredients.

The Monograno Felicetti are the highest quality pasta made with the world's most exceptional grains: Matt, Khorosan Kamut, Farro and Cappelli. We want to keep it pure and uncontaminated, just as it gushes to the surface; that's why the water we use flows directly from our exclusive source to the pasta factory. Spoiled by the rocks that hug it along its course, the water is still crystal clear and fresh when it meets the wheat. They are patiently mixed into a dough that retains the full character and soul of the ingredients. From water to water: In the kitchen, pasta will eventually encounter heat and complete its final metamorphosis. Al dente and combined with a thousand and one different sauces: perfect for all puffs or puffs.
