The Champagne Egly-Ouriet Brut Tradition Grand Cru is a refined, non-vintage cuvée from the prestigious Grand Cru vineyards of Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims. This champagne is mainly composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and matures for a long time on its lees, which ensures a rich, full flavour and depth. The grapes are grown with care according to organic and biodynamic principles, with which Egly-Ouriet emphasises the expression of the terroir.

In terms of taste, this champagne is full and lush, with aromas of ripe pears, honey, praline and white flowers, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and toasted bread. The low dosage of 1-2 grams per liter gives the wine a dry, tight finish that brings out the minerality and freshness. The Brut Tradition is an excellent choice for lovers of complex champagnes with a strong terroir expression and a fine balance between fruit, minerality and freshness
