Cava Albet I Noya Brut Reserva 21
Albet i Noya is Spain's most important ecological wine producer. This CAVA came in the Top 5 of best Cava in the 2012 Bubble Test. This is unique for the Netherlands, because it is only supplied outside of Spain to a limited extent and anyway only a few thousand bottles of it. This cava is made of two types , one traditional for cava ( Parellada), the other more innovative ( Chardonnay). This mix gives it a fresh and silky texture that sets it apart from traditional cavas , although the method of processing is the same. The Cava is aged in the cellars at a constant temperature of 16 º C and has had 24 months bottle-feeding according to the method: "Champenoise" traditional .
This Albet I noya XX! brut Reserva is reminiscent of some large Champagnes. Also has a freshness that is remarkable! Fairly dry and tight. A filled, juicy diaphragm on the palette. Nice balance in the mouth and ending in fraiche so that this Cava can be perfectly served with meals. The Albet Brut Reserva 21 was first made at the entrance of the 21st century. Hence his name: Reserva 21.
