Honor Cava Brut Selecció by Jan Vidal comes from the Cava appellation and is a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada which has matured for 14 months on its yeasts. This delightfully accessible elegant Cava has a straw yellow color and greenish hues and fine and persistent bubbles. Accented aroma of grapes, fresh with notes of ripe fruit and citrus, typical of long aging in bottle. In the mouth it has an important liveliness offset by a pleasant balance and elegance. FACT: The Cava Brut Seleccióin is wine in the business club of FC Barcelona.

The Cava +&+ Brut Selección has been chosen as the best Cava of Spain in the Wines of Spain Award (WS'22) program which consists of a jury from the wine producers, journalists, sommeliers and WSET and is led by Tim Atkins (see tab: Appendix). The Pinord +&+ Seleccion Brut Cava NV is a rich, yet floral 'traditional method' sparkling wine, made from the traditional Catalan grapes of Parellada, Xarel-Lo and Macabeo. This is a great aperitif and delicious with low-fat cheese, fried river fish, ham, tapas and of course with sushi.

Nani Rizzi is a famous and authentic winery located in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region and is internationally known for its excellent Prosecco wines that are made with great passion. Nani Rizzi is one of the few wineries that can carry the Prosecco Superiore designation. You have Prosecco and Prosecco Superiore and that makes a world of difference. To be allowed to feed Prosecco Superiore DOCG, strict rules must be met. The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry has a slightly floral, intensely ripe apple aroma and is therefore extremely suitable as an aperitif but also gastronomically a very beautiful Prosecco with seafood and with fried or grilled shrimps. This prosecco has a beautiful perlage of just refined bubbles and is nice and mineral. Extra Dry has just that little bit more residual sugar, which means that the Extra Dry is just a bit rounder and slightly less dry.
