Champagne Taittinger Brut Réserve

The Taittinger's NV (Non Vintage) Brut Réserve is a blend of more than 35 different vineyards, composed of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier, including 30% reserve wines. The rich presence of Chardonnay, quite unique among fine non-vintage Champagnes, is combined with a minimum of three years of aging. In the Taittinger Champagne cellars, the Champagne reaches a full aromatic age, making Taittinger Cuvée Prestige a delicate and balanced champagne, known for its consistent quality that is recognized worldwide.

The Brut Réserve has a beautiful golden color. The bubbles are fine while the effervescence is discreet yet compelling. The scent is open and expressive and brings aromas of fruit and brioche. Fragrances are reminiscent of peach, white flowers (hawthorn and acacia) and vanilla. The palette is vibrant and harmonious.
