This Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio) from the Bocelli Family comes from vines in the green hills of the Colli Euganei in Veneto. On average, vines are about 15 years old and the yield is just enough to make just one bottle of wine per plant. A fresh wine with seductive aromas of fresh lemon, mint and white flowers. The wine has matured on its lees which makes this Pinot Grigio more beautiful than the average and it also has that tasty bitterness in the aftertaste, which makes this gastronomic a nice wine with fish and shellfish.
