A ready-made gift with a white and red wine from the Italian winery San Marzano, Durum Spaghetti with Squid ink and a real Carnaroli Superfino rice from Riserva San Massimo.
The red wine is a blend of Primitivo, Malvasia Nera and Negroamaro that grow up in the warm Salento and come from the oldest vineyards of San Marzano. In the glass, the TR3 Pumi has a beautiful dark ruby red color. In the nose we smell black fruit such as blackberry, cherry and blueberry but after some rolling and oxygen also notes of chocolate, plums, raisins and some sweet spices. Everyone's friend wine!
The white wine is made from the very best grape varieties from Salento, all of which come from the oldest vines from Salento. The structure consists of those large grape varieties, namely Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Malvasia.
The San Marzano TR3 Pumi Gran Trio Bianco has a powerful scent of tropical fruit with some vanilla from the wood aging, pineapple and apricots. In the glass, the TR3 PumiBianco has a beautiful yellow color with a golden sparkle.
The TR3 Pumi wines are wines with a great price/quality and is also a wine that fits gastronomically with a multitude of dishes.
The squid ink spaghetti has encompassed the spiciness of garlic and chilli and the sweetness of tomato and spinach, all successfully blended with the traditional taste of Felicetti pasta. A harmonious blend of taste and refinement.
Superfino rice: the real Carnaroli is grown in only a few places. The Carnaroli Superfino rice from Riserva San Massimo is perfect for the preparation of risotto. It is famous among important chefs for its organoleptic characteristics such as low stickiness, firm consistency in cooking, rare grain compactness and high starch content.
