This red wine is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and has been aged for six months in new French oak.

In the glass, this pleasant Barramundi Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby red. In the nose notes of black currant, white pepper and green olives. In the mouth the wine is pleasant, fruity with aromas of black cherries and berries. with a spicy aftertaste.

The white wine is a 100% Chardonnay. The wine is light straw yellow in color with a vibrant green hue. When you lift your glass, you can smell fruit bowls loaded with cantaloupes, nectarines and citrus blossoms, as well as toasted oak and metal that has been kissed by the rain, is the winery's own description of this delicious Chardonnay.

This vibrant white wine has a creamy lemon curd, nectarine and pineapple flavour, is elegant and has a refreshing finish.
