The Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes come from different vineyards in the Cuyo region, Argentina. The grapes are picked by hand.
The grapes are then destemmed and then cold soaked with the skins. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23-26 degrees for 15 days. The winemakers choose stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavors as much as possible. The wine is a beautiful deep red in color with aromas of plums, berries and blackberries. The wine tastes soft and full with lots of fruit and soft tannins. Serve with pasta dishes, for example with meatballs in tomato sauce.

Grupo Peñaflor is an Argentine company founded in 1904 by a family of Italian immigrants, with the aim of making table wines and other non-alcoholic drinks. In the late 1990s, Grupo Peñaflor changed its business focus and decided to specialize in making fine wines. The grapes are grown in ancient soils of volcanic origin, are sandy and very permeable. This is combined with the fresh wind that blows through the vineyards during the sunset. It makes this region unique and perfectly suited for wine growing.
