2021 Weingut von Winning Win Win Riesling

The Win Win is probably the most beautiful version of Von Winning from a Price/Quality point of view. This is the base wine of the white range of Von Winning, and what a base wine! Immediately a delicious quality, due to Riesling grapes from beautiful slopes, classified as Erstes Gewächs, such as Kalkofen, Kieselberg and Pechstein. The grapes from these vineyards that are less suitable for use in the separate wines of these vineyards go into this uplifting, soft and fruity blend. It gets a classic aging in large wooden foeders, to round it off nicely. The sugar content is not too high, less than ten grams, so that it tastes nice and dry, with fine acids and bitters. Fragrant, beautiful white fruit, peach and flowers. Splashes out of the glass, with a fine touch of grapefruit. Pleasant, invigorating taste, juicy, softly dry, with fine Riesling acids. Light-footed and mildly dry white wine.
