2021 Valenciso Blanco Barrel Fermented

This Valenciso very elegant and balanced, true to the house style, clean, classic, and very good balance. Nice notes of citrus and a little fresh bread in the nose. In the nose the wine is fresh, lively with fine oak which combines very well with the fruity notes.

The wine is a good accompaniment to white meat, vegetables, cod and Asian cuisine.
