The Spier Block 2 Sauvignon & Semillon has a fresh and juicy scent with yellow apple, melon, gooseberry and white grapefruit. Full, juicy and fresh taste with white fruit of red and yellow apple, grapefruit and a hint of ripe pear. Enjoy it with a fresh green salad with chicory, currants, blue de wolvega, and arugula, swordfish carpaccio with salsa verde and various goat cheeses.
