A tribute by winemaker Luis to the well-known TV series, the Allo is a lively and precise white wine, based on alvarinho and loureiro. The first grape brings structure, the second provides aromatic notes. In the nose fine aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. The alvarinho offers aromatic fruit intensity and structure, the loureiro just elegance and minerality. The wine is beautifully balanced. Thanks to a slightly lower alcohol percentage (11.5%) this Allo is 'easily digestible'! Delicious with tapas with fish and shellfish.
