The Bellmunt Blanc comes from the vineyards of the village of the same name and is a typical priorat made from a blend of Garnacha Blanca with 30% Viognier from vines planted between 2000 and 2008. The grapes are picked by hand and aged in stainless steel fermentation. It is a fairly fruit-driven wine with the typical priorat mineral notes both in the nose and in the mouth. Very elegant. The wine has a nice slightly bitter saliva-inducing aftertaste. Very pleasant. The wine has a Mediterranean nose, very typical of the white Grenache, interspersed with the floral and exotic notes of the Viognier. Strong on the attack with a long aftertaste. There are (only) 8,000 bottles produced. This is an absolutely beautiful Priorat and a very fine white wine.
