2022 Jose Pariente Sauvignon Blanc

José Pariente is known for his Verdejo and his Verdejo wines are one of the best Verdejo wines from Rueda. The Sauvignon Blanc is also an absolute beautiful wine. For this wine, sticks with an average age of 30 years are used and these are among the oldest in the region. During the fermentation process, the temperature is kept as low as possible to get a maximum of primary aromas. The color is yellow-green, the nose shows a beautiful interplay of green plants and exotic fruits. Beautiful mineral with notes of cut grass. Delicious taste of a real Sauvignon, fresh and elegant. The finish is intense with a lot of structure, round and long. Delicious as an aperitif and suitable to combine with almost any type of fish.
