2021 Il Palagio Message In a Bottle Bianco

Il Palagio is a wine estate located near the medieval town of Figline Valdarno known as the 'Farm of Florence'. They owe this nickname to the abundance of maize that used to be there. Message in a Bottle is the famous song by Sting / The Police and they have made a very appropriate wine here at Il Palogio (Sting's wine estate) where the selection should not be left unmentioned. A beautiful wine in a beautiful bottle.

The white Message in a Bottle is a delicious and special white Tuscan wine from the vineyards of Sting. The wine consists mainly of Vermentino with a little Sauvignon & Trebbiano and is mainly aged in steel tanks kept at a temperature of 10-13 degrees. A small part of the wine has been allowed to mature in large oak barrels, which adds an extra elegance. The Message in a Bottle Blanco is a delicate wine with notes of citrus, pineapple and bananas; you could even call it a tropical wine. A fresh and pleasant taste with a long aftertaste.
