Probably the most famous rosé winery internationally. The domain comprises 53ha of which only 40 are planted with vineyards. The property is ideally located on a slate terrace that plunges down to the Mediterranean Sea near Brégançon. The domain dates back to the 18th century and has been owned by the Ott family since 1936. The soil is very old and characterized by a combination of slate and clay.
By OTT is the latest addition to the beautiful Domaines OTT. Several years ago a number of new wine fields were purchased and planted with Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes. This By Ott Rose has become full and concentrated and comes closer to the two top models (which were voted the world's best rose in Decanter) the Clos Mireille and the Château Romassan. The By-Ott rosé is a delicious dry, refined quality rose in which the entire process of grapes, cultivation and winemaking is based on making top roses. We can heartily recommend the Ott By Ott.
