2021 Domaines Ott by Ott Blanc
Probably the most famous rosé winery internationally. The domain comprises 53ha of which only 40 are planted with vineyards. The property is ideally located on a slate terrace that plunges down to the Mediterranean Sea near Brégançon. The domain dates back to the 18th century and has been owned by the Ott family since 1936. The soil is very old and characterized by a combination of slate and clay.
BY.OTT is a new wine which comes from the new cellars of Château de Selle. Ott BY Ott wine takes full advantage of Domaines Ott's viticulture and viticulture expertise. In the glass, the wine is sparkling light yellow brilliant with a green tinge. The strong yet subtle nose reveals notes of ripe mango, peach and acacia flowers. The taste starts with freshness, marked with notes of lemon. The elegant and sensual finish makes this an ideal spring and summer wine. It has the elegance and true Provencal nature open to a wide variety of food pairings.
