The Domaine du Petit Clocher Les Perrières is a 100% Chenin Blanc. Manual harvest of the Chenin Blanc with double manual by sorting overripe grapes that show concentration through the action of noble rot. After a very long vinification of 3 to 4 months completely in barrels, the wine matures for 6 months in oak barrels. In the glass, the wine has a golden yellow color with green reflections. The wine is very elegant and fresh-sweet with aromas of dried apples, apricot, pineapple. The taste is powerful and opulent with a beautiful creaminess and makes this sweet wine a model of balance between softness and liveliness. Domaine du Petit Clocher works with great respect for nature, certified by and according to the rules of the HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale).
