2021 De Wetshof Sideways Sauvignon Blanc

This fresh Sauvignon Blanc under the Sideways label is produced by the quality winery De Wetshof from South Africa, Robertson region. Although Danie de Wet is considered the South African specialist in the field of Chardonnay wines, his domain, with a gravel substrate, is ideally suited for the planting of Sauvignon Blanc . It is a matter of choosing the right terroir, which here consists of a stony bottom of river boulders that were once laid down by the Breede River.
