The Castiza Airen Blanco Vino de Espana is a white wine from the La Mancha region of Spain. With its thick skin, the Airen grape is excellently adapted to the harsh climate of La Mancha. If vinified according to the modern method, the airén gives cool, fresh and fragrant wines of 12 to 14% alcohol. An early harvest is necessary.
In the nose you will mainly catch notes of fresh white fruits such as pear and apple. In the taste you will also find this in addition to a pleasant freshness and citrus notes. Castiza Airen Blanco Vino de Espana has a beautiful light straw yellow color with a green cast and is available in a 25cl bottle. The nicely controlled alcohol percentage is 11.5%.
