You can immediately see that technical precision in the extremely healthy vineyards and very clean winery in the renovated Quinta de Santa Teresa. The wines are made from native varieties such as Avesso, Arinto and Malvasia Fina, with minimal intervention. Result: incredibly pure wines with a lot of grape authenticity, expression and freshness.
Monólogo stands for a single grape from a single vineyard. Each wine from the Monólogo series carries a 'monologue': its own story with its own character. That character is depicted in the expressive labels. The label shows a woman with flowers and a fruit basket. They portray the delicate character of the wine.
The Monólogo Arinto P24 is a monovarietal wine produced with grapes from the P24 plot in Quinta de Santa Teresa, based on sustainable agricultural practices. This estate is in the process of transitioning to organic farming.
The Arinto is a fresh wine, with delicate aromas and good acidity. fresh and sparkling straw yellow in the glass. Initially a little closed aromas, but after some waltz and a little time, piece by piece a nice freshness in the nose with citrus fruits such as lime, light floral tone. On the palate, the wine is somewhat minerally and has a lively, yet balanced acidity, leaving a fresh and pleasant aftertaste. The wine is very delicate and hard to find such a white white wine at this price.

A&D Wines makes wine in the Vinho Verde DOC appellation. The vineyards are located in the sub-region of Baião, right next to the Douro area. In this warmer microclimate, the grapes obtain a particularly aromatic concentration for Vinho Verde.
Alexandre & Dialina are well aware that the best grapes come from healthy vineyards. Healthy vineyards arise automatically if you treat nature well. Therefore, they protect natural water sources by leaving other natural vegetation intact. In turn, this vegetation is kept in check by grazing cattle, which ensures natural fertilization. Synthetic products and extermination are not necessary. This approach produces ripe, aromatic grapes, which are not artificial in the cellars. With minimal intervention, but utmost precision, wines are made that express landscape, grape and climate.
