The Sauvignon Blanc provides this special wine, with a seductive open scent, melon, lemon zest, a hint of green figs, passion fruit. Surprisingly, the fruit of the Sauvignon Blanc from the Diamond Series comes partly from Napa Valley, a fairly warm wine region. Low temperature fermentation, exclusively on stainless steel, further contributes to the fruit character of the wine, which has a lot of freshness in the taste, with a wonderfully dry and aromatic character.
