2020 Francis Ford Coppola 94th Awards Chardonnay

The Awards collection (Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon) is made in very limited quantities and is the best fruit from the Coppola vineyards and a collectos item. The wine has a straw yellow color with rich, soft, creamy aromas of juicy pineapple and butter babble in the nose. In the mouth the wine is full bodied and has a full and powerful taste, buttery, broad and intense, nice pineapple, toast and toast bread, long and persistent finish. Fantastic with monkfish, scallops saint-jacques, but also with lobster or even with a piece of chicken or turkey.
