2021 Chateau Pesquie Cotes du Ventoux Cuvee des Terrasses Rouge BIO

The Pesquie Terrasses Rouge is a full flavorful wine, with scents of red fruit, plums, some wood, some earthy aromas, is amazing value for money! Because the wine benefits from the cooling of Mont Ventoux and the southern French sun, the taste is fresh and full ripe at the same time. The wine has been aged in wood for 12 months in barrels of 2-4 years old. This ensures that the wine gets depth but prefers fruit. Delicious red fruit and black fruit such as cherry, raspberry and blackberry are clearly recognizable in this great vintage. In the mouth we taste notes of saltwood and spices and the wine has an unprecedented aftertaste and complexity for a wine in this price range.

The wine invariably receives high reviews and Robert Parker speaks of an Amazing wine from this Ventoux which can be confused with a good bordeaux without any problem.
