2020 Chateau les Fenals Fitou

Fitou Chateau Fenals is one of those red beautiful Languedoc wines that everyone should experience: this is a dense and full-bodied wine with strong flavors but always in a harmonious style. Dark red to purple in the glass with notes of red and black fruit (cherry, blackberry), leather and spices are clearly present. This deep Fenals shows the potential of the Fitou. The vineyards are located in the Leucate. The terroir consists mainly of rock and limestone. The climate is dry, but the proximity of the sea regularly provides the necessary moisture. The Carignan, Grenache and Syrah are vinified separately and the final assembly takes place in the spring after the harvest.
