2020 Celler Credo Miranius BIO

Miranius by Celler Credo is named after the clever fox that ventures into the vineyards of Celler Credo and delights in the sweet aromas of the grapes. The Miranius is a lively, lively wine that ages well in the bottle. Made 100% from the Mediterranean variety Xarel·lo, it is known and loved for its fresh acidity and good palate. Miranius aims to express the richness and particularity of the landscapes of the Penedès region. That is why it is made with grapes harvested from a selection of Xarel lo vineyards spread over three main areas of the territory: Plana del Penedès (Eastern area), Muntanyes d'Ordal (vineyards at an altitude of 400 meters) and Vall del Bitlles. All these vineyards are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming. All Celler Credo grapes are harvested by hand to ensure an accurate selection of the fruit and to guarantee the excellent quality. Furthermore, great care is taken in the maturation of the grapes with the aim of producing wines with natural, fresh acids in order to achieve an expressive and balanced wine. Fresh and white fruit, a nice minerality and good acidity, which makes this just a delicious and very pure glass of white wine.

Celler Credo by Recaredo
A project of Recaredo, for which a few plots have been purchased for the production of these vin naturel wines. The aim is to make a pure expression of the Xarel.lo by using different maturation and fermentation methods. A special pure style wine, great for wine/food combinations! This Vin Naturale wine is vinified and bottled at Recaredo - the owner of Celler Credo.

The following facts testify that serious effort is being made to make this great wine extremely sustainable

• Only 11.5% alcohol - so fitting in the modern style of good wine with less alcohol
• Sulphite only 47 mg/l (150 mg/l is allowed by the EU for organic/organic white wines)
• Residual sugar only <0.5 g/l
• Vegan wines not cleared with animal proteins
• 390 gr EcoBottle (Less weight, less impact on the carbon footprint
• Organic Farming - Certified Organic by CCPAE
