The El Fanio by Albet I Noya comes from a plot of more than 60 years old Xarel lo at an altitude of 350 meters that is part of Finca Can Milà. Extreme calcareous soils that have been biodynamically processed since 2006. Fanio is the name of the man who planted the vineyards. Production of 15,000 bottles. The El Fanio is grown according to fully biodynamic viticulture and vinification. Fermentation for 1/3 in accacia wood vats, 1/3 in stainless steel cuves and 1/3 in concrete eggs.

In the glass, the El Fanio is Pale yellow with a light pink sparkle. Striking Mediterranean spiciness after rolling, with a citrusy freshness at the bottom and seasoned with limited barrel maturation. The barrel maturation is also discreetly discussed in the taste. Furthermore, El Fanio is a rich Xarel lo, but not of the acid-driven type, but fuller and richer with a limited acidity and a somewhat spicy final.
