A beautiful red wine produced with respect for nature and the wine (and wine lovers). The color is intense purple red. In the nose we detect beautiful notes of forest fruits and beautiful red fruit. What stands out most is the refreshing sourness. The wine has a beautiful long juicy aftertaste. Full, power, balance. This is a real wine with great value for money. Sastre only makes class wines and this Roble is also made from more than 30 years old vines along the banks of the Duero at more than 800 meters altitude and has been aged for 9 months in French oak.
