2019 Finca Torremilanos Los Cantos

Finca Torremilanos is a large family business in one of the best wine regions in Spain, Ribera del Duero. Located in the municipality of Aranda de Duero (160 km north of Madrid), the company has 200 hectares of vineyards under development. All wines are certified organic and biodynamic. The Peñalba Lopez family therefore works with great respect for nature. The vineyards of Torremilanos are high: between 800 and 900 meters on the southern slopes of the Duero. The large temperature differences between day and night are particularly favorable for the aroma development of the grapes.

The Los Cantos from the organic and biodynamic winery Finca Torremilanos is a strong wine from one of the best wine regions in Spain. The wine is a blend of 96% Tempranillo and 4% Merlot. The grapes for this wine were hand-picked. The wood aging lasted 13 months and took place in French and American barriques (225 liters).
