Domaine Weinbach, also known as Clos des Capucins, is not only one of the best domaines in Alsace, its refined and concentrated white wines are even counted among the best in the world. Grapes are picked by hand with a very strict selection for perfect ripeness.  

The Domaine Weinbach Les Vignes du Prêcheur is a delicious white wine from Domaine Weinbach from Kaysersberg located in Alsace France. This wine is made from Auxerrois, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris and Silvaner grapes. The grapes of Les Vignes du Prêcheur (the preacher's vineyard) come from a vineyard located right below the grand cru vineyard Kaefferkopf. The Weinbach Les Vignes du Prêcheur has a clear light yellow color in the glass with aromas of lime, ripe pear, white peach, apricots and field flowers in the nose. In the mouth fruity flavors of lemon zest, stone fruit and a hint of papaya, accompanied by a slightly salty aftertaste with fresh acidity.
