Produce the best of what the land can give you, with a lot of affection and dedication. This is the motto of Domaine Léoube - one of the most beautiful protected vineyards in Europe and home to Château Léoube. The Léoube estate was bought in 1997 by the Bamfort family, who still own it to this day. Seduced by this castle in Provence, the history and beauty of Léoube, they wanted to make wines full of character that are true to their terroir while respecting nature

The winemaker of Château Léoube is the famous Romain Ott and we work from the vision to produce the best of what the land offers us with great affection and passion.”

Blanc de Léoube consists of a mix of Sémillon, Rolle and Ugni Blanc. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The grapes are then pressed directly in the cellar of the chateau. The pressing of the grapes is slow and precise. Temperatures are controlled to maintain the freshness of the wine. This allows the natural alcoholic fermentation and full malolactic fermentation to take place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. The wine stays sur lie for 4-6 months to age quietly and is bottle-aged for a few more months.

The herbs and mint tones from the maquis and the slight saltiness in the taste and aftertaste make the Blanc de Léoube a special but typical Provençal white wine that only Chateau Léoube produces, due to its location by the sea.

The Blanc de Léoube has a beautiful light yellow color and is fresh and round at the same time. The aromas are complex, floral and full of minerals. with many notes of white fruit. The composition of Rolle, Ugni Blanc and Sémillon is very unique in this bottle. Blanc de Léoube is delicious as an aperitif or with fish, shellfish, white meat, green vegetables and soft cheeses. The wine is perfect for a cheerful aperitif and to combine with refined dishes.

This special domain is located between heaven, earth and the Mediterranean Sea. This organic vineyard is located on the edge of the Cap Bénat protected nature reserve in the municipality of Bormes Les Mimosas. A beautiful stretch of coast overlooking the islands of the Porquerolles and a private bay, a wonderful place for the grapes and visitors to the chateau.
