The 2019 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly offers aromas of pear, white flowers, toasted hazelnuts, beeswax and nutmeg, followed by a medium to full-bodied, clear and tightly wrapped palate. Super juicy with nice acidity. This En Remilly has a great drinking window.

Bernard and Alexandre Moreau own and manage a 9 ha domain in the famous Chassagne-Montrachet with a total of eleven wines (eight white and three red). The vinification here is classic, all wines are aged in oak casks. Clearing and filtering is done as little as possible. Elegance and refinement are of paramount importance here. Moreau's wines have progressed so much in quality in recent years that they are now counted among the top of the famous village of Chassagne-Montrachet.
