2019 Tentenublo Wines Escondite de Ardacho Las Guillermas

A feature that distinguishes Tentenublo is the special situation of the 7 hectares of vineyards, spread over 19 plots located between Viñaspre and Lanciego, one of the lesser known areas of the Rioja region. The incredible diversity of these plots leads to the various wines that Tentenublo produces, all of which are very small unique plots, so the final production is only a handful of very unique great Rioja wines.

The Guillermas is the only wine from the series of Tentenublo Wines Escondite de Ardachovan that dispenses with the Grenache grape in order to put more emphasis on the Tempranillo and Viura. Also located in a narrow valley across the territory of the Rioja Alava, this vineyard of 0.62 hectares was planted 65 years ago. The Tentenublo Wines Escondite de Ardacho Las Guillermas is a very unique wine - elegant, complex and an unusually beautiful freshness. Only 1,625 bottles were made from the 20169 vintage.

In some cases, the wines are given a kind of WAX closure instead of a regular capsule. This has no further purpose and has the disadvantage that it hardens quite quickly and pieces can then simply crumble (spontaneously, during transport, etc.). This has no influence on the quality of the wine. We cannot give any further guarantee for this.
