This Heim Impérial Gewurztraminer has a beautiful golden yellow color. A classic Gewurztraminer with delicious aromas of lycheers, tropical (ripe) fruit, herbs and rose petals on the nose. You can also taste this in the taste, which can be called full, round and fruity. The wine also has a nice freshness which in its entirety ensures a perfect balance.
The Heim Imperial Gewurztraminer is produced by the French winery Bestheim. The winery is located in beautiful Alsace and is one of the leading wineries there. The modern equipped winery is well known and has become one of the larger players in Alsace. Under the name Heim, an extensive series of varietal wines is produced, using all the classic grape varieties in this Alsace.
Het Franse wijnhuis Bestheim ligt in de prachtige Alsace en is daar een van de toonaangevende wijnhuizen. Door de samenwerking van de coöperaties Bennwihr en Westhalten, en het handelshuis Heim is het wijnbedrijf Bestheim ontstaan. Wijnhuis Bestheim ligt dicht bij Colmar, in het departement Haut-Rhin en beschikt over moderne faciliteiten.
Het wijnhuis is zeer bekend en inmiddels een van de grotere spelers in de Alsace. Onder de naam Heim produceert men een uitgebreide serie cépage wijnen waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van alle klassieke druivenrassen in deze Alsace. Een specialiteit van het huis is de mousserende wijn Crémant d’Alsace.
