2018 AMI Bourgogne Liber Pater
Domaine AMI is the result of the meeting between two enthusiasts. The two winegrowers at the head of the AMI estate are experienced and above all passionate about their work to produce exceptional wines. Willy, the winemaker, and Paul the great taster, produce a red Burgundy with an intense and powerful nose of red fruit with hints of violets. Beautiful, deep ruby red color. Soft dark fruit nose. Blissful, accessible and beautifully balanced. A beautiful glass made by a great small-scale house which produces organically. Only 4000 bottles were made of this AMI Bourgogne Liber Pater and all bottles are numbered.
The vineyard is grown organically, the vinification takes place with whole bunches with a maceration of 10 days. Aging in barrel for 1 year. It goes well with appetizers or roasted meats, medium or seasoned cheeses.

The two winegrowers at the head of the AMI estate are experienced and above all passionate about their work to produce exceptional wines - The talented winemaker Willy, expert in the terroir of the cote de Beaune, and the charismatic Paul the philosopher who has a study made about flavors and tasting between wine lovers in the countryside versus the coarse state.
