2018 Adulation California Zinfandel

The Adulation winery is located in the beautiful wine region of California. The house is known for producing some of California's top wines at excellent prices. The house has vineyards with old vines planted in a soil that consists of a strong structure of clay soil with lime and marl. The strong soil in combination with the perfect climate that prevails in the area ensures that the grapes can ripen perfectly. For the Adulation wines, only the best bunches are selected, whose grapes are harvested by hand. The house is therefore able to produce wine of the best quality.

For this powerful, rough red wine made from the Zinfandel grape, we travel to the wine region of America, namely California. Here is the winery Adulation which freely translated means something like flattery which stands for charity and beauty.

The Zinfandel Vineyards of Adulation are located in the heart of the California wine region. Here the old thick trunks stand in a soil of clay, sand and clack. Things that the Zinfandel loves very much. The soil gives the trusses sufficient strength and that, in combination with the perfect living climate, makes the harvest fantastic. This makes it possible to harvest beautiful bunches by hand. Because for this quality you only need the best Zinfandel trusses. The bunches are transported to the Adulation winepress in small crates.

The Adulation Zinfandel is dark ruby red in the glass. In the nose we smell aromas of black fruit, spices, tobacco, leather and some pure cocoa. The nice firm nose continues in the taste, because the tongue is spoiled by blackberries and cherries with some herbs and cedar wood. The finish is long and very balanced. Just a beautiful Californian full fruity powerful wine and then also very affordable.
