So making beautiful wines and actively engaging actively go hand-in-hand
The REATA SONOMA COAST CHARDONNAY is a very vibrant Chardonnay and comes from one of the most beautiful areas of California for Chardonnays namely Sonoma County. The name Reata comes from the Spanish word for 'lasso'. Hand braided and buried in the earth to become strong. Just like this beautiful Chardonnay. Hand picked from only the best grapes coming from a great terroir and climate wine after which this wine has had 7 months of education on French oak. The Reata Sonoma Chardonnay is a warm buttery wine with a nice freshness due to the cool sea breeze from the large ocean. It has toasty aromas followed by pear, apple with cinnamon and cloves. In the mouth there is a clear fruitiness, followed by rich, savory flavors of almonds and vanilla. Fresh and dry with a very long lasting aftertaste. This is a wine for lovers of a full chardonnay with a butterscotch.
Very nice with melon and prosciutto, light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, pizza and shellfish, grilled fish or grilled chicken.
