2017 Brancaia Il Bianco

The grapes come to vineyards with a substrate of clay, clay and sand. The vineyards are located on a southern, western and south-western exhibition. The harvest is done entirely manually and is strictly selected in the vineyards. A second selection takes place on the sorting tables. Fermentation under controlled temperatures of 16 degrees Celsius, after which the wine matures "sur lie" for 5 months. 2/3 of the wine matures in stainless steel barrels and 1/3 part in barriques and this gives this wine just that little bit more complexity. The Il Bianco from Brancaire is a great wine as an aperitif, on the terrace and gastronomically this wine is an excellent companion for seafood, risotto, pasta dishes and white meat.
