The GOCCE is the top model Feudi Salentini. The Primitivo grapes come from old vines located in the heart of the DOP. The careful selection of Primitivo grapes is done by hand. Vinification by maceration at a controlled temperature of 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is allowed to mature in French barrels and American barrique for at least 10 months. In the glass, the Gocce is a ruby red wine, with a round and soft taste and a bouquet reminiscent of jam, wild berries and notes of caramel. Both the structure and the distinctive elegance admirably identify the terroir. It goes perfectly with red meat, game and aged cheese with jam.
