The Enate Merlot-Merlot is, as the name suggests, a 100% merlot wine. The grapes come from the most beautiful plots near Enate and are hand picked and destemmed. The wine was aged for 16 months in French oak. The Enate Merlot-Merlot is very concentrated, powerful with complex panorama of blackberry, coffee, chocolate. Lots of body, very long and impressive finish. A perfect wine with Lamb and game, heavy dishes of pork and beef, beef in sauce, grilled meat, strong cheeses
