2013 Champagne Dom Perignon in Giftbox

Only grapes from strong years - such as 2008, 2010, 2012 and now 2013 - are used to make this vintage champagne and thus quality is guaranteed. Naturally accompanied by a very precise development process, the right proportions and dedication of the cellar masters. The 2013 Dom Pérignon Vintage has a pale color and we see countless tiny bubbles swirling up in the glass like strings of pearls. The nose is pure, airy and refreshing. The first impressions are of spring blossom and white fruit, but then the bouquet also offers dried fruit, fresh hay, toast, brioche and licorice. In short, a wide range of stimulating aroma impressions. In the mouth the richness of the wine unfolds immediately. It has structure and is juicy, even soft. The taste then turns out to be broad and deep with a nice complexity. The mouthfeel is lively and at the same time silky soft. The finale has a fine bitterness with a slightly mineral salty note in the background.

The Dom Pérignon 2013 is very beautiful and is one of the most beautiful vintages from this famous house and is a vintage that has a very long storage potential, all with high ratings from Parker, Vinous, Suckling and Wine Spectator, among others.
